What's the minimum order?
Ten pieces. No setup fees. Order at any size from 4"×3" to 12.75"×19", or as a 12.75"×19" gang sheet.
Do you offer gang sheets?
Yes. Luxe gang sheets are 12.75"×19" (242 sq in) and priced per sheet — nest as many designs as fit and we cut them ready to press. That's 25% more printable area than Supacolor's A3 gang sheet at the same-or-lower per-sheet price, or roughly 20% less per square inch.
How fast do you ship?
Two business days from order to shipment. We ship from Mahwah, NJ, so ground delivery to the Northeast often lands the next day.
What file format do I send?
Recommended: PDF, PSD, EPS, or AI. Also accepted: JPG, PNG, and TIFF.
Will it work on my fabric?
Yes. We print on 100% cotton, 100% poly, cotton-poly blends, tri-blends, canvas, denim, nylon, neoprene, and non-woven polypropylene.
Hot peel or cold peel?
Cold peel. Let the transfer cool fully before lifting the carrier sheet.
Will my brand colors stay consistent across orders?
Yes. HP digital technology holds exact color batch after batch, so your brand looks the same on order 1 and order 100.
